Retail Business Analyst - Initial 6 month contract - Hybrid with occasional travel to offices in central Lincoln - Day rate up to £500 per day inside IR35 - Previous experience within the retail/FMCG sector is required to be considered suitable - Planned start date - July 2026.
A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them during a busy period of transformation. This role will be responsible for:
- In depth business analysis (as is/to be) of retail processes and transformation projects
- Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and process mapping
- Requirements gathering
- Internal/external stakeholder management
- Project documentation
To be considered suitable you MUST have the following:
- Proven BA experience covering the retail/FMCG sector and processes (and/or POS, Inventory Management, Supply Chain etc.)
- Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Agile/Waterfall understanding
- Ability to map and detail processes
