A well-established organisation based near Watford is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This role is fully-office based; you will be on-site 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function for the group.
- Supporting the processing of monthly payroll and pensions.
- Producing reporting and analysis.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of both in-house and outsourced payroll processes.
Qualifications
- Articulate payroll professional with experience using ADP software.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing within multi-site companies.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced organisation.
- Strong communication skills to be the first point of contact for payroll queries.
