We are working with a well-established organisation that is looking for an experienced IT Technology Trainer to join its IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people get the most out of technology and wants to play a key role in transformation, IT adoption, and AI technology across a growing organisation.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging technology training to colleagues with varying levels of technical ability. You will work closely with the IT team and wider business to help users adopt new technology and make the most of existing systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering classroom, remote, and one-to-one technology training
- Creating user guides, training materials, videos, and quick reference guides
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of new technology and digital initiatives
- Delivering training around Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Supporting AI adoption and helping colleagues understand its practical applications
- Delivering cybersecurity, phishing, and technology awareness training
- Working alongside IT and business stakeholders on digital transformation and change initiatives
- Adapting training to suit different audiences and learning styles
- Travelling between multiple offices as required (travel covered)
To be considered suitable you will need the following:
- Experience designing and delivering technology training
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation, or change programmes
- An understanding of AI and its business applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with people at all levels
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
