This is an excellent opportunity for a London-based IT Support Analyst looking to further their career within a well-established global finance firm. Based in the Bank area of Central London, you will be on-site 5 days a week in the office and be working a 7am - 4pm early shift. This role pays £40,000 + bonus, 25 days annual leave and private health.
Working on a Service Desk providing trade floor support, you will be working with:
- Bloomberg / Reuters
- Active Directory
- Windows 11
- Office 365
- Service desk tools (Call logging remote access tools)
- Setting up PC’s, laptops, multi-monitor desks, VoIP, printers, mobiles, tablets, wifi
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in 1st / 2nd line BAU user support, and ideally have a background with a trading firm, or a bank / finance firm. Based in the Central London office, you will be in an IT team of 4 providing support to circa 150 users across London, New York and Dubai.
