A highly successful IT Managed Services Provider is looking for an accomplished IT Operations Manager to join its team based in Central London. Please note the firm embraces flexible and hybrid working so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week.
As a senior leader within the business, you will take ownership of a 30-person technical delivery team, comprising Project Engineers and Technical Consultants. You will oversee the delivery of a wide range of IT infrastructure projects for a diverse client base ranging in size from 50 to 5,000 users, ensuring all engagements are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. You will also play a key role in developing long-term technology roadmaps and ensuring a consistent, high-quality delivery methodology across the function.
To be successful in this position, you will be a collaborative and influential IT leader with proven experience within the MSP sector. You will bring a strong technical background, a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects, and a passion for continuous improvement.
