This is a newly created position for an experienced IT Manager to lead a small but busy IT helpdesk team. This role is 5 days a week in the Northampton office and pays up to £50,000, plus up to a 15% bonus.

To be considered for this position, you will have a solid IT support background as well as team management experience. Leading a small team of 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Support Analysts, you will be both hands-on with resolving tickets and managing the team.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Windows 11
  • Office 365
  • Intune
  • Azure AD
  • Ticket management escalation
  • Team management, training, mentoring, 121’s
  • KPI’s
  • Best Practice policies, documentation standards
  • SLA’s
  • 3rd line escalations around infrastructure support, improvements, maintenance
