A highly successful, global brand are looking for a bright and motivated Internal Comms Exec to join their marketing team. You will be an ambitious and creative Internal Communications Executive that would enjoy taking full ownership of internal communications across the organisation; helping them to connect, inspire and engage their 500 person employee base.
As the Internal Comms Specialist you will lead the internal communications strategy and execution - no red tape, just your chance to make it yours. Working closely with HR you will bring the employee engagement activities to life; championing their Employer Value Proposition to help attract and retain top talent. In addition, you will support the marketing team with impactful internal campaigns that align with the brand voice and company goals.
Key Responsibilities of this Internal Comms role include:
- Shape and deliver engaging, consistent and on-brand internal communications
- Ensure continuous improvement to help drive internal communications and engagement forwards
- Teamwork - working with HR, Customer Communications and other teams across the business to ensure clarity and alignment of messaging and tone
