Interim Director of Finance
– National SME Charity
– Fully remote
– Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits
A leading UK charity is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join its team in the coming months. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking SME organisation that are experiencing a period of growth. The role will be responsible for both the finance and IT functions of the business (headed up by a Finance Manager and IT Manager respectively).
Duties will include:
– Strategic financial leadership and advising on financial strategy
– Team leadership
– Overseeing budgets
– Analysing financial risk, financial accounting and reporting
– Management of third party IT service providers and contracts
– Ensuring SLA's are met across IT support
– IT licence monitoring
To be considered suitable for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
– Fully qualified accounting background and operating at a senior level within an SME
– Understanding of financial/IT systems
– Strong team management/leadership skills
– Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage third parties
– Excellent communication skills
