A well-established business based in Central London is looking for an accomplished graduate with a passion for people to join its HR team on a part-time basis – 3 days per week. Please note this is an office based role.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will help to deliver a full HR service to the business, providing a proactive support service across administration, learning & development and recruitment. You will work closely with internal managers on HR matters and will provide first class administrative support to the small HR team.The ideal candidate will be bright, articulate, personable and highly organised and have the IT skills required to improve and automate HR processes.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have a good degree, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. CIPD accreditation would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
