The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global organisation, based in Central London, to assist them in their search for a HR Business Partner, who will be responsible for supporting the business across UK Group and other business units. This is a well respected company, looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner working with a wider team of HR professionals. This role will require you to have experience working as a generalist People Business partner in an International commercial or Partnership organisation You’ll have a generalist background covering all aspects of HR – ER, Resourcing, performance management, change programmes, compensation and benefits, graduate programmes and ESG. You’ll be comfortable working as part of a team delivering project work and also leading on some group projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written and an ability to prioritise your work load to ensure the fulfilment of the business needs. This role would suit somebody with drive and determination, who is looking for the challenge of working in a multinational, multi cultural organisation. You will be degree qualified with a CIPD certification. The salary for this position is between £61000 – £73,000 with generous bonus scheme. This role is based from their central London offices and after probation offers some flexible working options
