The predicted salary is between 61000 - 73000 £ per year.

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR BP to join a nationwide solicitors firm at their HQ in Central London (Monument). This role will be 5 days a week (35hrs) in the office and is paying £55,000.

To be considered for this position you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and ideally have previous professional services experience.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another HR Business Partner and a L&D Coordinator, you will help look after 500 staff split across circa 50 UK offices.

As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Employee Relations, including disciplinary & grievance cases
  • Recruitment, onboarding, training, staff reviews & appraisals
  • Best practice advice & guidance on company policies
  • Assisting with payroll and employee benefits
  • Working with supervisors, managers & directors for performance management

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HR BP / Senior HR Generalist in a commercial, fast-paced environment, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a large workload under pressure.
