A reputable Hertfordshire based business is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join its team. This is a hybrid role where you will provide generalist HR support to the UK workforce.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting and advising management on HR process and employment law
  • Employee relations
  • Supporting on performance management process
  • HR projects
  • Other generalist HR duties and administration where required

To be considered suitable for this HRBP / Advisor you will need to have a strong HR generalist background (including ER caseloads) and solid employment knowledge. It is also essential you are available to start a new role early in the new year. CIPD would be an advantage but it is not essential.
