Job Description
A successful business based in Edgbaston, Birmingham is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary, project-based contract focused on a HR audit and compliance project. Please note, this is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be available for an immediate start. This role has no fixed end date, as it is for the duration of a specific project, and the length of the contract will depend on how quickly and efficiently the work is completed. It offers a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload at pace. As a HR Administrator, you will support the business in reviewing and auditing its contractor and employee compliance records. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing documentation such as Right to Work, proof of address, and DBS checks, identifying any gaps or issues, and updating internal systems accordingly. You will communicate with contractors and employees via email to request missing information and ensure all data is accurate and compliant with internal standards. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an HR administration, recruitment, or compliance role and be confident working independently while managing a high-volume workload. You will be comfortable using internal systems (training provided), have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in producing accurate work. The salary on offer for this role is up to £15.50 per hour.
