This is a newly created position for a CRM Support Administrator to join a leading & growing finance firm in the Northampton area. This role is paying £40,000 up to 15% bonus and is 5 days a week in the office with no work from home options.
To be considered for this position, you will have several years of experience working with and supporting a mainstream CRM system. This can include Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, HubSpot, Odoo, Remedy, MondayCRM etc.
As an experienced CRM support analyst, you will help support onboarding & off-boarding processes, user account setup & permissions, configuring & supporting dashboards, CRM automation & CRM customisation, and day-to-day general admin & support to resolve issues & implement system improvements.
In addition to your CRM experience, you will also have some basic coding skills & experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL &/or Python. This will be used as a base point to learn the back-end coding for the CRM platform to get involved with CRM customisation & integration.
As well as being technically proficient with CRM platforms, you will also have excellent communication skills as you will be working across the business, supporting users at all levels.
This role is based in Northampton and is 5 days a week in the office. In return for hard work and dedication, my client is offering a chance to work on the latest CRM technology and a salary of £40,000 up to 15% bonus.
