We have a temporary opportunity for an Accounts Administrator/Finance Data Input Clerk to join the accounting team of a specialist Construction company on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail to support the team during a particularly busy period. The role is part time (up to 28 hours per week) and based at the company’s offices near Grays in Essex.
Key duties include:
- Inputting proof of supplier delivery details onto the accounting system
- Matching delivery documentation against purchase orders
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between deliveries and orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
- General administrative support to the wider accounts team
