Working for a rapidly expanding Teddington based recruitment business, you will be responsible for supporting the existing team with their admin and high volume call based campaigns. The company is exceptionally busy and this is a very busy role.
Responsibilities:
- This position is predominantly phone based, discussing vacancies with applicants and assessing suitability against the job requirements.
- Supporting the existing team with their admin and high volume call based campaigns.
- You will write adverts and correspond with senior executives so excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are also prerequisites.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communicator with the requisite interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Prior experience in a call centre, sales based role or customer service position is highly desirable.
