This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established MSP in the Gloucester / Stroud area. This role pays up to £40,000 and is full-time office-based (5 days a week).

To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience providing BAU remote service desk support to users across the standard Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will have skills & experience in the following areas:

  • Windows 10 & 11
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Active Directory & Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint)
  • ITSM tools for ticketing & remote access
  • Understanding of networks (VPNs, switches, routers & firewalls)
  • Building & setting up PCs, laptops, printers & wifi
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional customer site visits)

Working in a team of 8 IT Service Desk Engineers, you will provide 1st & 2nd line remote (and occasional onsite) support as well as help the Senior Engineers with 3rd line issues & projects.

My client has been in business for over 25 years and has a client base spanning the length & breadth of the UK. They are well-established and growing, and can offer the chance to work on the latest technologies in a fast-paced & progressive environment.
