A highly successful and growing tech business is looking for a seasoned Team Administrator or Executive Assistant to support their C-suite team. Primarily supporting the CEO and the MD, you will provide comprehensive PA support within a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting time to join a growing business that offers flexible, hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Diary management and scheduling
- Proactively manage the projects and liaise with relevant point of contacts for updates
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and other communications
- Handle confidential personal and corporate information with discretion and professionalism
- Create and edit presentations
- Minute taking in meetings
- Coordinate and manage the bookings, reservations and travel itineraries
Qualifications
- This role would suit a personable, proactive EA or PA with excellent administration skills, a methodical approach and strong work ethic
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
Working arrangement
This position is a full-time role but offers hybrid working – two days are required in the Kingston office.
