An impressive and rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to join its team. The firm embraces hybrid and flexible working so you will be able to work from home 3 days per week.
In this role, you will schedule, organise and optimise the CEO’s extensive calendar. You will prepare agendas, briefings, reports and act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders. This role will ensure the smooth operation of administrative duties from email correspondence to writing minutes for board meetings.
This is a fast-paced role as the business enters a period of significant growth so the firm are looking for a self-sufficient, organised and confident Executive Assistant.
In order to be suitable for this role you must hold proven experience of supporting executive-level teams. An excellent communication style will be a prerequisite for this role, and you will demonstrate expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
