A well-established regional organisation based in Uxbridge is seeking a capable Executive Assistant to join the team. As a business that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. Please note, this is an 18-month fixed term contract.

Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to members of the Executive Team including the Group Chief Executive Officer. You will manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics and general administrative tasks including email distribution, project support and the maintenance of records.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be an accomplished Executive Assistant who can demonstrate capability in providing high quality support within a fast-paced environment. It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
