An impressive multinational business is looking for an accomplished Paid Search Manager to join its expanding team based in London. Please note, the firm embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week.

Working as part of a sizeable internal marketing team you will be a hands-on standalone PPC Manager with the remit to enhance and deliver the paid search strategy for the firm. You will manage a budget of circa £4-5m annually and will have a strong command of CRO best practice, A/B testing frameworks, bid strategies, automated bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.

You must have experience of managing £multi-million PPC budgets and will have great data interpretation skills too. You will own and optimise the company’s performance marketing campaigns across Google, Microsoft and other relevant platforms, using a full-funnel approach across Video, Search and display.

This role is critical to driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies, automation, and continuous testing. You will leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency and performance, and conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bid management, and campaign optimisation.

You will also monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring spend efficiency and KPI achievement (CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.). You will collaborate with the wider team to ensure that paid search efforts are fully aligned with broader marketing initiatives and will also conduct competitor analysis.
