A successful firm is seeking an experienced standalone HR Manager to join the team located near North London. Please note, this is a part-time position of 14 hours per week and is also an office-based position.
In this standalone position, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision for the organisation. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will advise on best practice and employment law as well as owning the appraisal frameworks, reviewing policies and executing initiatives arising from the strategy. Additionally, you will manage employee relations and own all recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers and participating in interviews.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a capable, generalist HR Manager who has experience of working both strategically and in a hands-on capacity to support the business’ leadership, direction setting and employee support and engagement. You will have a strong commercial and people-focused background and have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement across the full HR scope. Holding a CIPD qualification is advantageous to your application.
