This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior / Trainee Sales Account Manager to join a leading technology firm in the Dorking area of Surrey. This role will initially be 5 days a week in the office and pays a £45,000 OTE (basic of £30,000 + £15,000 in commission & bonuses)
To be considered for this position, you will be a friendly, confident and outgoing individual, with a strong passion & desire to succeed in sales.
Working with a team of Client Directors and Senior Sales Executives, you will be shown how to manage a customer base that you will use to identify needs for services &/or products. As a Junior / Graduate Account Manager, you will provide general quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts both old and new, building strong and lasting relationships.
This role pays a basic salary of £30,000, and through meeting your KPI’s there will be commission & bonuses taking you up to £45,000 OTE.
Based in the Dorking area, you will need a full UK driving licence and your own transport – this is to both reach their offices (not in the town centre) and to eventually visit customer sites for meetings. This role will initially be 5 days a week in the office to help you learn the ropes for the team, eventually leading to hybrid working upon completion of probation.
