Digital Marketing Specialist – £38,000 – Rugby – Hybrid
A highly successful global business based in Rugby, Warwickshire are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the day to day execution, management and performance of their email, social media and paid social activity. This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for building, scheduling and reporting on content across key digital channels ensuring that campaigns run effectively.
Working closely with the Copywriter and wider digital team you will play a vital role in bringing email and social media campaigns to life. From supporting the build and optimisation of email journeys, to helping drive engagement across social and paid platforms you will make sure their digital presence is polished and performance led.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Plan, build and deliver high performance email campaigns including automated lifecycle journeys
Manage scheduling and publishing across social media platforms ensuring timely, engaging and on brand content
Support social media influencer activity
Monitor and report on social media and email marketing campaigns
Build and maintain segmented customer databases to ensure targeted, relevant communications
To be suitable for this Digital Marketing Specialist role you will have previous experience in a digital marketing role with hands on experience across email marketing and social media. You will be confident using tools such as DotDigital, Mailchimp and Google Analytics and will have a strong understanding of customer journeys.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £38,000 plus benefits.
