A successful financial technology company are looking for an experienced Digital Channel Lead to join the marketing team.
This is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.
As the Digital Channel Lead, you will take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. You will be managing a small team of two and will report into the Customer Marketing Director. This role would suit someone who enjoys an equally technical and strategic digital marketing role.
Your key responsibilities as Digital Channel Lead will include leading the strategic planning for all digital channels – identifying emerging digital trends and technologies and driving the strategic development and optimisation of the website – focusing on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness. You will take ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing. You will also take ownership of reporting and measurement, management of the digital budget and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a digital role, to be successful you will have exposure to website building and management with a passion for website development and creating customer journeys. You will have experience of PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
The salary on offer is £60,000 – £65,000 per annum dependent on experience and an exceptional benefits package which includes extensive private healthcare, enhanced sick leave and enhanced maternity and paternity, a generous annual training budget and in-office wellbeing perks such as manicures, massages and barbers.
