- Experience designing and delivering technology training
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation or change programmes
- An understanding of AI and its business applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with people at all levels
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
