Overview
A dynamic and customer-focused Claims and Compensation company is seeking a Call Centre Sales Team Leader to be part of building and forming a new team with their business. The Call Centre Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance and motivating a team of call centre sales advisors to exceed revenue targets. This role focuses on coaching, performance management, and strategic execution of sales campaigns while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer engagement and satisfaction. The Sales Team Leader will act as a role model, mentor, and motivator, ensuring sales best practices are consistently applied across the team.
This is a newly created managerial Sales role in a growing team within the rapidly growing financial claims sector, offering real progression opportunities as the company continues to grow. The role is paying up to £36,000 plus performance related bonuses and other good benefits. The role is fully office based at the company’s Liverpool offices.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and motivate a team of call centre sales advisors to exceed revenue targets.
- Coach, manage performance, and execute strategic sales campaigns while maintaining customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a role model, mentor, and motivator to ensure sales best practices are consistently applied across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Representative in a call centre environment. Regulated industry is a preference.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with FCA or Consumer Duty regulations (for financial services roles).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, call centre technology, and MS Office tools. HubSpot experience is a preference.
