The Opportunity

We’re working with a well-established professional organisation to recruit a Competence & Training Administrator to join its busy People Team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with people, processes and systems, and is looking to develop their career within a professional training, accreditation or membership environment.

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across training, certification, accreditation and examinations, ensuring applications and records are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing training, certification and accreditation applications
  • Checking documentation, certificates and training records
  • Responding to member and customer enquiries
  • Supporting examinations, audits and revalidation activity
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and other systems
  • Assisting with invoicing, fees and regular reporting
  • Producing trackers, reports and management information
  • Supporting process and system improvements
  • Providing general administrative support to the People Team

About you

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing a varied workload and deadlines. You’ll have excellent communication and customer service skills, be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be comfortable learning new systems and processes.

Previous experience within membership, training, or audit administration would be advantageous, as would experience using CRM or membership systems. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, approachable and service-focused, with a genuine desire to provide a high-quality administrative service.
