Ashdown Group is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor for a 3-month contract, working with a global Education provider. In this home-based role, you will manage complex ER cases and support UK-based employees while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in employee relations, preferably within the Education sector, and must be CIPD qualified.
This position offers a daily rate between £260-£280 (inside IR35) and requires immediate availability.
