An established organisation is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join its small team based in Central London. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, management accounts, reconciliations, and business support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting month-end close and reconciliations
- Monitoring financial performance and investigating variances
- Preparing accruals, prepayments, and expense analysis
- Supporting audit processes and regulatory reporting activities
- Producing financial data and MI for senior stakeholders
Required Skills / Experience
- Experience across reporting, month end and management accounting, ideally within a financial services setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with financial reporting and reconciliations
- Knowledge of UK GAAP
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA studies/qualification beneficial
