We are seeking an immediately available Reward Consultant or Reward Manager to support the design and delivery of reward and benefits initiatives for a global financial services business. This role will focus on developing and implementing reward frameworks, grading structures, benchmarking, and benefits transformation, while contributing to HR transformation projects. The position is offered on a 15-month fixed-term contract and offers hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement reward frameworks aligned with organisational needs.
