A highly successful, growing global financial services company based in the City of London is looking for a seasoned Reward Consultant to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract to lead a comprehensive review of their reward, compensation and benefits framework and shape a competitive, fit-for-purpose reward strategy.
As Reward Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and enhancing the total reward offering to support strategic growth and talent priorities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance and Executive Leadership to deliver insights and deliverables that strengthen their reward proposition globally.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a full review of the current reward, compensation and benefits practices.
- Analyse market data, benchmark pay and benefits against competitors and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities and gaps in the existing reward framework.
- Develop a strategic reward strategy aligned with organisational goals, culture and budget.
- Advise on pay structures, incentive plans, bonus schemes and benefits design.
- Create recommendations for compensation philosophy and reward governance.
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for leadership.
- Support implementation planning and change management where required.
- Provide expert guidance on reward trends, regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Proven experience in total reward, compensation and benefits consulting (in-house or external).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and benchmarking results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate confidently at senior leadership levels.
- Commercial mindset with pragmatic, strategic thinking.
- Preferably experience in financial services or professional services environments.
- CIPD/WorldatWork or equivalent qualifications desirable.
