A highly successful multinational business is looking for an accomplished Head of Online with proven B2C experience to join its team based in Central London. Please note the firm embraces flexible and hybrid working, so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week.
The Head of Online will lead the full digital growth engine across multiple international markets. This role is perfect for someone who can build, optimise, and scale digital-first products and is ready to get hands-on. You will manage a small team and have a significant budget to acquire and retain new customers through digital channels. You will launch a new product across 50 countries, so this is an exciting opportunity for a driven and flexible marketing professional to make a huge impact.
You will be responsible for new market launches, managing and optimising existing markets, and driving performance across all online channels, working closely with a global digital agency. You will partner with Product, Tech, and other Commercial teams to shape the online experience, improve conversion, and deliver strong ROI.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a highly analytical, commercial and versatile digital marketing professional with proven B2C experience. You will have a strong understanding of paid media, conversion rate optimisation, analytics tools, UX and online consumer behaviour. You will have a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions and will own the full online customer journey across web and app.
