A well-established business is looking for an accomplished HR Director to join its Senior Leadership Team. Please note, this role is fully office based and will involve regular travel to sites across south Wales (circa 2 days per week).

Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision of the organisation.
