An established customer centric business is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Campaign & Email Marketing Specialist to join their small marketing team in Sunderland and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM platform to segment audiences and personalise outreach as well as creating, implementing, and managing email campaigns that engage customers and ultimately drive business growth.
Duties will also include:
- Analysing campaign performance and generating reports to inform future strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Conducting A/B testing and optimising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing, for example AI & automation
