A rapidly growing consultancy business based in the Esher area (Surrey / South West London) is looking for a strategic and highly motivated Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a pivotal role responsible for the day‑to‑day accounts function and acting as deputy to the CFO, as needed. Operating within a dynamic small‑company culture, you will be involved in shaping business strategy while maintaining hands‑on oversight of reporting packs, month‑end processes, and transactional elements.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, and the gravitas to build influential relationships with the senior leadership team & business department leaders. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional (ACCA or CIMA) with approximately 3 years of Post‑Qualified Experience (PQE), preferably stemming from a professional services background. You must possess advanced financial modelling skills and the confidence to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
As a leader, you will manage a small transactional team and oversee month‑end reporting cycles. Please note, you will need to undertake transactional duties as needed. This is a key leadership role and an opportunity to be part of an established growing brand. This Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role is paying up to £60,000 plus some benefits.
