A leading UK charity is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join its team in the coming months. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking SME organisation that is experiencing a period of growth. The role will be responsible for both the finance and IT functions of the business (headed up by a Finance Manager and IT Manager respectively).

Duties will include:

  • Strategic financial leadership and advising on financial strategy
  • Team leadership
  • Overseeing budgets
  • Analysing financial risk, financial accounting and reporting
  • Management of third party IT service providers and contracts
  • Ensuring SLA's are met across IT support
  • IT licence monitoring

To be considered suitable for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Fully qualified accounting background and operating at a senior level within an SME
  • Understanding of financial/IT systems
