An award-winning technology business operating within the healthcare and public sector market is looking for an Account Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note - this role offers hybrid working, two days per week will be based at their Birmingham office.
As the Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of accounts with the goal of increasing revenue retention and growth, identifying any opportunities for expansion and building long-term partnerships.
Your key responsibilities as Account Manager will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Developing and maintaining account plans, pipelines and customer engagement strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth.
- Managing contract renewals and retention initiatives.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team on account strategy, new product rollouts and cross-sell campaigns.
- Support client onboarding and product adoption.
- Use CRM system (HubSpot) to manage account activity and commercial opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar account management, customer success, client relationship management, B2B sales or business development role. You will be commercially minded and confident using CRM tools to manage account activity.
The salary on offer is £44,000 - £47,000 per annum and a benefits package which includes an incentive around strategic sales, hybrid working, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, extra day off for your birthday, health insurance, free gym memberships, free cinema tickets etc. Our client also offers ongoing development, career growth opportunities and employee recognition awards.
