A highly successful business is seeking an experienced Azure Architect to join its team based in Uxbridge. Please note, this is a fully office-based role so you will be on-site 5 days per week.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an accomplished Azure cloud engineer with proven experience across the full Microsoft stack, including Office 365, network security and solutions architecture. Azure Solutions Architect accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
You will have excellent scripting, automation and system monitoring experience and will deliver secure and robust technology solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms. You will participate in detailed architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and will contribute to the continuous improvement of systems.
You will have demonstrable expertise with Azure, and will confidently provision, deploy and monitor cloud environments using automation tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. You will be an authority on Microsoft Infrastructure services, including Azure Active Directory and Azure AD connect, and will be familiar with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will ensure high systems availability and enable the business to meet its technology driven objectives.
In this senior role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing Microsoft technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into robust architectural designs.
