Our client, a global company within the Tech manufacturing sector, are seeking a creative and commercial Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a diverse and pivotal role for the organisation, where you will play a key role in driving market growth through integrated marketing. The position is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in their offices near to Basingstoke and 2 days working remotely.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will own brand visibility, digital presence and demand generation. Working collaboratively with the sales function, engineering team and distributors, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising marketing strategies, spanning across digital branding, targeted email campaigns and event management.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on the management of digital channels including website content, email marketing campaigns, social media presence and advertising initiatives.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate and execute industry events and partnership engagements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer and partner communication programs, collaborating closely with sales function to design integrated demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact, ensuring consistent brand application across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement PR, communications, and sponsorship strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Oversee marketing data integrity and CRM processes ensuring quality, accuracy, compliance, and campaign effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role, preferably within Tech product sector.
- Proven expertise in events management both in the UK and internationally.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital campaign management and execution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools including Mailchimp, Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple sales teams.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
