A fast-growing global organisation is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with some experience of general operational duties to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), working fully remote. The Accounts Manager will be tasked with overseeing the general finance function, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, expenses, and payroll.

This is a key business role, which will include operational duties such as championing cross-departmental collaboration, managing daily operations for all core functions, including Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Knowledge Management. The role involves working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Department Heads to develop and implement strategic plans and policies, as well as maintaining focus on all legal regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001 standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Available to start immediately
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of processes and departmental functions, including administration, finance, procurement, and facilities management
  • General finance duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, expenses, and payroll
  • Broad operational duties such as supporting the Board and Senior Leadership Team as well as managing suppliers and knowledge base
