An established business is looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst to join its sizeable technology team in Manchester. Please note the role is office based, 5 days per week.
You will act as the first point of contact for internal IT queries, so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. It is expected that you will have experience with Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra.
You will monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets coming into the IT Service Desk, providing 1st and some 2nd line support for system and hardware issues. You will work with users to resolve technical problems and will escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd line engineers as needed.
