This is a newly created position for an IT Support Analyst to take an instrumental position within a leading Northampton business. This role pays £35,000 + bonus and is 5 days a week full time in the office.
To be considered for this position, you will have solid experience in 1st line BAU user support – both remote & deskside.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing front-line user support for the standard Microsoft stack. Skills & experience will include:
- Windows 11
- Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams & OneDrive)
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Setting up laptops, printers, wifi, VoIP and VPNs
- CRM support (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics etc)
