A reputable and growing business is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join the team based in North London. This is an office-based role so you will be expected to be on-site 5 days per week. As the standalone HR Manager for this 40-person business you will play a pivotal role in managing the HR function to ensure effective delivery of services across the business. This role will offer the opportunity to provide strategic direction whilst also being hands-on day-to-day. You will be the first point of contact for employees and will provide high-quality, expert advice and guidance. This is a brand-new role so you’re able to guide the HR vision and offer new ideas. In order to be suitable for this role you will have a demonstrable track record of working across the HR lifecycle. You will be a generalist HR professional with hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and learning and development. You will hold solid knowledge and understanding of employment law. It is advantageous to hold a CIPD Level 5 or above qualification, but this is by no means necessary.
