The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Must have experience with challenging behaviour, working on a 2‑1 basis.
  • Experience with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
  • UK driving licence; vehicle not required.
  • Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
  • Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support.
  • Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
  • Open to learning new skills.
