This popular gastro pub is part of an independent group of inns, who are currently going through a period of growth. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at one of their flagship properties. There is a superb Head Chef at the helm, and the brigade are preparing fresh, seasonal menus to a very high standard.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a quality, professional kitchen and have a good knowledge of fresh, seasonal cooking. You will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef. Your duties will include menu design, costing, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and full responsibility in the Head Chefs absence.
There is accommodation, although the venue is also accessible by public transport.
