The role is Junior Sous Chef and will involve assisting the Sous and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of this busy high-volume kitchen. The menus are modern British with International influences, and everything is made in house. Where possible they source their produce locally and menus reflect the seasonal changes. Previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen would be essential.
