The role is Chef de Partie to assist the Sous and Head Chef with the day to day running of this busy high-volume kitchen. The menus are modern British with International influences, and everything will be made in house. Where possible they source their produce locally and menus reflect the seasonal changes.
Previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen would be ideal, although not essential as excellent training will be given.

Each pub is run independently, and the chefs can contribute ideas for the menu making the most of all the fresh, seasonal produce available to them. As Chef de Partie you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
