Due to their increase in business, they are looking to strengthen the team with a strong Junior Sous Chef.
The role would suit a Chef with previous experience within a fast-paced kitchen and looking to progress to the next stage in their career. There will be plenty of opportunities to cover all sections and develop your management skills, under the guidance of the talented Head Chef.

There is a brigade of 6-7 chefs preparing modern European cuisine. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will all be sourced locally. The successful Junior Sous Chef will have the opportunity to assist with menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of cooking and had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen - preferably a busy one! Your own transport would be essential due to the pub's rural location.
