Currently, they are looking for a talented Head Chef to take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading their brigade of dedicated and experienced professionals. The Head Chef will have plenty of autonomy over the menus, cooking with fresh ingredients sourced from artisan suppliers in the local area. The menus change daily so you can make the most of the seasonal Kent produce. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so plenty of opportunity to get creative with the menus.
