The role involves assisting the Sous and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of this busy high-volume kitchen. The menus are modern British with International influences, and everything is made in house. Where possible, they source their produce locally and menus reflect the seasonal changes. Previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen is essential.

Each pub is run independently, and the chefs can contribute ideas for the menu making the most of all the fresh, seasonal produce available to them. As Junior Sous Chef, you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering, running a section and training the junior members of the team.
